How to get your events on Agenda Sur and make the most of it. It’s all free.

Post an event

Tap “Post an event”. Paste a link or some text, or upload your flyer, and we fill in the details for you.
All you need is your email: that creates your free account so you can edit the event later. A password is optional; if you skip it, we email you a link to choose one. Your email is never shown.
For classes or activities that repeat, choose how often. In “Dates it runs” you can take out holidays or add one-off dates.
You can add a photo, video, map pin, a WhatsApp contact and a sign-up link.

Open your event and tap “✏️ Edit this event”, or go to 👤 Your account to see all your events.
Just one date isn’t happening? On the event, tap “Cancel just that date”. People who saved it will see it as cancelled.

If we added your event from a public source, tap “✋ Is this your event? Claim it”. We confirm with your email and it becomes yours to edit.

In 👤 Your account, add your photo and a short bio: they show on your events.
Every organizer and venue gets a shareable list of their events, and people can “Follow” you to get all your events in their calendar.
Communities like Rise have their own page (agendasur.com/rise).

Without an account you can post up to 5 events an hour and 15 a day from the same connection. With a free account, up to 20 a day.
Run lots of events (weekly classes, a venue with a program)? Ask to become a trusted organizer: we check personally that you or your group runs events in the area, and remove your daily limit.
To ask, use the contact form with the topic “Post more events” and the same email as your account.

Feature an event: it shows at the very top, marked as sponsored. Write to us for the details.
If you use an AI assistant or post lots of events, we can give you a key so your assistant posts them directly.
